讲座简介：我国本土化理论的发展迫在眉睫。Garry D. Bruton教授从多个角度分析当前本土化理论的发展现状，并基于现有的发展，结合创业领域的现状，指出未来的本土化理论如何发展，为进一步建设本土化理论，尤其是创业领域的提供重要指导。

人物简介：Garry D. Bruton教授是美国20强德克萨斯基督教大学尼利商学院的教授，并且是该校创业项目的创始人之一。在谷歌学术上Bruton教授1999年以来研究论文引用数量达到16180，并在2009-2014年被英国管理学院评为商业期刊学术排名前30位的知名学者，被公认为新兴经济体创业和战略管理的领军专家Clarivate Analytics评出的2018年全球引用率前1%的学者。此外，Bruton教授的一些论文还获得了AOM和SMS的最佳论文奖，这是国际管理学者最高级别的国际年会。

科研成果：多年来，Bruton教授在研究方面做出了突出贡献。在谷歌学术上Bruton教授1999年以来研究论文引用数量达到16180，在AMR、AMJ、ETP、JBV等国际顶级管理与创业杂志上发表了60余篇SSCI文章。
