Undergraduate Program of the Business Administration Discipline

Ⅰ、Program features

Starting from the requirements of "solid foundation, wideranges, high quality", we will cultivate comprehensive management talents with solid theoretical foundation, strong adaptability, outstanding practical ability and international vision for modern industrial and commercial enterprises and various economic management organizations. We will guide students to master the basic theories of economics and management, understand the knowledge system in business administration and have professional practice ability, cultivate their thinking and the ability of scientifically discovering,studying and solving problems, andhelp them establish a good sense of innovation and entrepreneurship. Students shall have excellent learning, communication and organizational leadership abilities, have good moral, humanistic quality and social responsibility awareness, and become a competent high-level professional management talents with academic research ability in enterprises and various organizations.

Undergraduate Program of Business Administration

Ⅰ、Objectives

Students of the majorshallface the frontier areas of business management theory and practical development, firmly master the basic theories and methods of modern management, principles of economics, business management, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for investment projects, enterprises, industries, regions and macroeconomics. Students shall be familiar with China's corporate management, industrial investment, scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship related measures, policies and regulations, and related industrial practices and rules, and focus on the theoretical and practical study of the general rules of industrial and commercial enterprise project planning and investment and financing, venture capital, equity investment and innovation and entrepreneurship activities; master the basic knowledge of cross-border management, international business and business negotiation, business management basic skills, and be familiar with international business rules and practices. Students shall be cultivated to work on the comprehensive management positions for planning and investment management departments of state organs and various enterprises and institutions, banks or non-bank investment institutions, innovation and entrepreneurship services and management institutions, foreign-funded enterprises and foreign-related enterprises. They shall become high-level business management practice talentswho have spirits of innovation and entrepreneurship, practical ability, an international vision, research ability, solid foundation and strong plasticity.

The major is aimed at serving the needs of national and local economic and social development. It adheres to the scientific, innovative and open educational concept, and uses indoor and practical teaching as a means to enable students to master the basics of economics, management, innovation, entrepreneurship, investment and international business. Students shall master the ability to apply the theory of the major and related technical methods to analyze and solve practical problems in the field.

Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:

1. Master the basic theories and methods of management, economics, and modern business management.

2. Master the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques of corporate management.

3. Be Familiar with the relevant measures, policies and regulations of corporate management and investment management in China.

4. Have basic skills in interpersonal communication and analysis to solve practical problems in business management.

5. Have strong self-learning ability and master the ability and method of independent acquisition, digestion and application of new knowledge.

6. Have strong analytical ability to solve practical problems and strong information collection and processing and computer application capabilities

7. Basically master a foreign language, be able to read foreign books and periodicals of the major, and have certain international academic communication skills.

一、Objectives

The major is aimed to cultivate the applied and interdisciplinary talents who meet the needs of socialist modernization and future development of society and science and technology, have harmonious development of morality, intelligence, physical body and aesthetics, as well as a healthy personality, master modern marketing theories and methods, have modern humanistic qualities and scientific literacy, as well as innovative entrepreneurship and practical ability,are able to work in the sales, marketing, market research and marketing management departments of various industrial and commercial enterprises, governmental bodies and public institutions.

Students of the major shall master the basic theories and knowledge of management and marketing management, accept basic training in marketing management, and master the knowledge and skills of marketing management concepts, market segmentation, market selection, market positioning and marketing strategies.

一、Objectives

The major is aimedto cultivate senior interdisciplinary talents of business administration and financial accounting with innovation spirits, practical ability and international vision, who meet the needs of socialist modernization and future social economic and scientific and technological development, have harmonious development of morality, intelligence, physical body and aesthetics, as well as a healthy personality,bear conscience and social responsibility,are innovative, practical and international, possess sound professional knowledge of economics, management, accounting, financial management,are familiar with the laws and regulations and accounting standards related to the management of industrial and commercial enterprises, accounting work and financial markets in China, and can further study in relevant majors, or are competent in accounting and financial departments in enterprises and administrative institutions.

Students of the major shall have a knowledge base of management and economics, systematically master the knowledge of CPA, including financial decision-making and management theory and methods, basic accounting, basic methods and skills, cost and management accounting, the accounting system development and design, tax law, financial statement analysis, auditing, strategy and risk management. Students shall also have the ability to engage in business administration and financial accounting through case study and practical teaching. The major is characterized by "orientation of management, practice, operation and future", and aims to cultivatecomprehensive management talents with reasonable knowledge structure, strong practical ability, high professional ethics, international vision, business and management skills. Undergraduate Program of Human Resource Management

一、Objectives

The major is aimedto cultivate applied high-level talents who meet the needs of socialist modernization and the future development of society and science and technology, have the harmonious development of morality, intelligence, physical body and aesthetics, as well as a healthy personality, master the basic theories and methods of modern management science, economics and modern corporate management, systematically learn and master the basic theories, methods and techniques of modern human resource management, and engage in human resource development and management in various enterprises and public institutions, governmental bodies at all levels and other organizations.

二、Requirements

Students of the major shall master the basic knowledge of management and human resource management, accept basic training in human resource management, master the knowledge and skills of human resource planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary management and labor relations.

Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:

1. Master the basic theories and methods of management, economics, and modern corporate governance.

2. Master the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques of corporate governance.

3. Be familiar with the relevant measures, policies and regulations of corporate governance and investment management in China.

4. Have basic skills in interpersonal communication and analysis to solve practical problems in corporate governance.

5. Have a strong self-learning ability and master the ability and method of independent acquisition, digestion and application of new knowledge.

6. Have a strong analytical ability to solve practical problems and strong information collection and processing and computer application capabilities

7.Basically master a foreign language, be able to read foreign books and periodicals of the major, and have certain international academic communication skills.
